Tabitha's Italian Steak Strips
Posted by Tabitha Klausen on
You can serve these Italian steak strips over rice, or gluten free pasta and veggies. If you would like to make this into a stir fry, cook the veggies 1/2 to 3/4 of the way through, before adding the steak. I will eat a steak stir fry 2-3 times a week, especially after a heavy leg or back and chest day. You can also replace the steak with chicken or turkey for some added variety. As with all meat, cooking times will be different, so make sure to use a meat thermometer and check your food before enjoying it. Happy Eating!
