By: Tabitha Klausen My Pumpkin Pie Smoothie, made with 100% Beast Whey Vanilla flavor, is simply delicious and guilt free. Who doesn't like that? When the leaves start changing, and the air gets a little crisp, I start craving my Pumpkin Pie Smoothie (and everything else pumpkin). Lately I have to go by the calendar and holiday decorations, (California is still very warm) but I still have my fall spirit. I love making big frothy shakes in the morning, add pumpkin and it's a fall treat that will fuel you up, and satisfy that pumpkin craving! Ingredients: - 1 scoop 100% BEAST WHEY - Vanilla Flavor - 3oz boxed egg whites* - 1 tablespoon pumpkin purée - A dash of pumpkin spice - 1/2 cup ice cubes - 2 packets truvia (optional) Directions: Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until all ingredients are mixed well. Drink from the blender or pour in a frosty glass, top with some cool whip and enjoy the amazing Pumpkin Pie Smoothie. *Make sure when you buy boxed egg whites, they are homogenized and pasteurized.
