A quick and effective little HIIT routine I did yesterday at the end of the tires and sleds workout. Flipping sh#t and dragging a$$ are the hints I'm giving you. 12 minutes with minimal rest in between. The outcome is determined by how hard and fast you can push yourself!
I did this the day following my back, shoulder/bicep routine with my BodyBuilding.com teammate. If you're bored with your normal cardio, and want to shorten the amount of time time you spend on cardio, give this a shot! Tires and sleds are no joke.
