If you ever hear me say I don't want grilled steak or red meat, get me to a doctor! Haha I don't eat red meat everyday, but I definitely love it! This is one of my weekly go-to recipes for my boyfriend and I! I will double the recipe and make enough for work lunches the next couple days. Grilling the meat first instead of cooking it in the pan gives it a wonderful texture and flavor. Try it for yourself and enjoy! You will need:
1lb thinly sliced lean steak strips
3 large peppers, any color
long grain and wild rice
onion powder
garlic powder
salt
balsamic vinegar
EVOO
Chop up 3 large peppers. Can be yellow, green or red. Toss in pan with 1 tablespoon EVOO. Cook on medium for about 10 mins, or until soft. Cook 1lb lean steak strips (about 1 inch wide, 1/2 inch thick) on grill or foreman grill 2mins on each side, or 4 mins total (this will be well done) Combine steak and peppers in pan, heat on low. Add garlic pepper, onion powder, salt and pepper to taste. Also add 2-3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar and reduce down. I cook the long grain and wild rice in the rice cooker to save time and start this before I start prepping and cooking. I add salt to taste, or stir in with the steak and peppers! Enjoy!!
Very good test booster that improves recovery and helps libido. Remember, if you are already normal with test levels you will not see as much of a difference. Better for an aging male whose test may be drifting lower. I see biggest difference with recovery and leaner/more vascular look.
