Tabitha's Turkey Meatballs are great with brown rice, by themselves, or served with spaghetti, squash, and tomato sauce! They also keep well for a couple days in the fridge! Just heat up and enjoy! I got this recipe from a friend a couple years ago and have eaten them often ever since.
Ingredients:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Cook broccoli slaw in microwave safe bowl for 4 mins and let cool
3. Mix turkey, eggs, and the rest of the ingredients except for the slaw together well.
4. Once slaw is cooled, combine into the mix.
5. Use a non-stick cookie sheet or spray with extra virgin olive oil.
6. Make 1 1/2 inch meatballs and space 1 inch apart on sheet. More than 1 cookie sheet may be needed.
7. Cook for 30-35 mins or until no longer pink in the center (internal temperature should read at least 165°F).
8. Let sit 5 minutes and enjoy!
Very good test booster that improves recovery and helps libido. Remember, if you are already normal with test levels you will not see as much of a difference. Better for an aging male whose test may be drifting lower. I see biggest difference with recovery and leaner/more vascular look.
