Tabitha's Turkey Meatballs

Tabitha's Turkey Meatballs are great with brown rice, by themselves, or served with spaghetti, squash, and tomato sauce! They also keep well for a couple days in the fridge! Just heat up and enjoy! I got this recipe from a friend a couple years ago and have eaten them often ever since.
Ingredients:
- 1 pound lean ground turkey
- 1/2 bag broccoli slaw
- 2 whole eggs
- 1 tablespoon finely grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- 1/3 cup chopped parsley
- 1 finely chopped garlic clove
- Onion powder to taste
- Perfect pinch Italian herb seasoning
