In the words of Erica, these are "THE BEST HIGH PROTEIN SNACK EVER!" Plus, they are easy to make! Ingredients: 1 cup oatmeal 1/2 cup natural peanut butter 1 scoop Beast vanilla protein powder 1/4 cup honey 1/2 cup chocolate chips Mix together & enjoy!  width=
BCAA Ripped Popsicles
These are so good, using our new product, BCAA Ripped, which includes BCAAs, MCTs and CLA! Again, these are extremely easy and perfect for a hot day when you need something sweet. Directions: Shake up 1 scoop of BCAA Ripped Coconut Cream in water (or coconut water) 🏖 Pour BCAA’s into a popsicle tray! 🏖 Freeze up to 3-4 hours & enjoy! It's that simple!  width=
Low Calorie BCAA Jell-O!
So good & so easy! These are perfect for a summer treat. Directions
  • Boil 1 cup of water
  • Empty sugar free jell-o powder (I used sugar-free orange) and BCAA Tropical Breeze into large bowl
  • Add boiling water to mix and stir until completely dissolved
  • Step 4: Add another 1 cup of cold water and stir again
  • Pour jell-o mix into molds or cups and refrigerate for 3-4 hours!

Ingredients: 2 cups rolled oats 1/2 cup ground oats 1 scoop Beast Protein vanilla pinch sea salt & cinnamon 1/2 cup honey 3/4 cup almond butter 1/2 cup white chocolate chips 1/2 cup red & blue m&m’s Instructions: 1. Combine rolled oats, ground oats, protein powder, honey, almond butter, cinnamon & sea salt & mix well 2. Line a deep 8 x 8 baking tray with baking paper 3. Pour mixture to lined baking tray & press firmly to set. Top with white chocolate chips & m&m's 4. Refrigerate for at least an hour before cutting. 5.
