Beach season is coming, which means you need the best summer recipes to either get lean or stay lean.
Luckily, we've got you covered with five super-easy recipes from Team Beast athlete Erica Altman to keep you on track. These are great quick-fix recipes, too. You can use them as snacks to keep cravings at bay, keeping you looking your best for the beach. Plus, we're giving you variety! Erica has given us 5 recipes featuring Beast Protein, BCAA 2:1:1, BCAA Ripped and our powerful pre-workout, Beast Mode Black.

Protein Balls
In the words of Erica, these are "THE BEST HIGH PROTEIN SNACK EVER!" Plus, they are easy to make! Ingredients: 1 cup oatmeal 1/2 cup natural peanut butter 1 scoop Beast vanilla protein powder 1/4 cup honey 1/2 cup chocolate chips Mix together & enjoy!BCAA Ripped Popsicles

So good & so easy! These are perfect for a summer treat. Directions- Boil 1 cup of water
- Empty sugar free jell-o powder (I used sugar-free orange) and BCAA Tropical Breeze into large bowl
- Add boiling water to mix and stir until completely dissolved
- Step 4: Add another 1 cup of cold water and stir again
- Pour jell-o mix into molds or cups and refrigerate for 3-4 hours!
