Cooking Clean with Beast Athlete Katie Chung Hua. Katie cooks some oatmeal pancakes that are guaranteed to start your morning right. Oatmeal and Protein Pancakes Recipe: -1 scoop 100% Beast Whey (vanilla flavor) -1/2 cup blended oats -1/4 cup almond milk -Two egg whites or 1/4 cup -Bananas -Cinnamon (to taste) -Stevia/Sweetener (to taste) -Sugar-free pancake syrup Instructions: -Mix together oats, cinnamon, sweetener -Add almond milk and egg whites -Add Beast Whey -Pour mixture onto heated skillet -When most of the pancake surface has bubbles appearing, flip the pancake -Cook another 90 seconds or until golden brown -Top with banana slices (during or after cooking) -Add syrup to taste and enjoy your oatmeal pancakes!
