Healthy Egg White Oatmeal Recipe
Posted by Larry Coleman on
Understanding the importance of breakfast protein consumption led me to seek out different methods of avoiding the egg white, while still keeping my intake on par. After many failed attempts to eat egg whites alone I stumbled upon my secret weapon... my healthy egg white oatmeal. Believe it or not, I was never a fan of eggs, much less an egg white. Even as a kid I couldn't stomach the site of eggs on a plate. If you were to pass me a plate I'd probably throw it back at you lol. Not sure if they were made of metal or my taste buds just said no thank you! The first time was an experiment in my culinary skills, but I was able to nail the recipe after that. Combining the two allows me to meet both my carb and protein consumption, all while disguising the fact that I was actually eating eggs. For my fellow people who also struggle to eat eggs, try this recipe below and you'll become an instant fan of the incredible, edible, healthy egg white.
