This is the first in a serious of healthy and tasty fall recipes that are sure to taste delicious, and put you in that perfect fall mood.
First up is a delicious protein shake made with Beast Protein from Team Beast athlete Erica Altman.

Apple Pie Protein Shake! 🍎 💪🏼
Ingredients:
* 1 scoop vanilla Beast Protein powder
* 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
* 1/2 apple sliced (keep peel on - fun facts below)
* 1/4 cup apple butter (or applesauce)
* 1 tsp ground cinnamon
* 1/4 tsp nutmeg
* 1 cup ice
Instructions:
-Add all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth
-Whip cream is also mandatory!
FUN FACT: Apples are known to be a great source of BOTH soluble and insoluble fiber - about two-thirds of that fiber is found in the skin of the apple! So don’t throw away that peel!!! Plus all that fiber will keep you fuller, for longer!
