A BEAST's Journey Back to the Natural Stage

What’s going on everyone!?
Instead of having an article this week, I invite everyone to come check out my contest prep log on Bodybuilding.com’s forums.
I thought this would just be another channel, other than the blog, facebook and twitter, that might be easier for people to follow.
I started dieting March 17, 2012 which put me at 18 weeks out from my show
Today, as of Thursday, April 5th, 2012, I’ll be less than 15.5 weeks out stepping back on stag.
I’m planning on doing the SNBF “Southern Open” show in Georgia July 21st as well as the NANBF “Excelsior Classic & Mr. Georgia” the 28th.
I’ll be updating this log regularly on my workouts, diets, and supplementation throughout my prep, as well as answer questions.
I’ll also be updating my log with progress pictures and youtube videos as to keep everyone who is following my journey a better look into my contest prep.
Again, HERE is the LINK to the forum. Please stop by and say hello!
Danny Quach is a senior at the University of Georgia and he’s studying Health Promotion and Behavior. He’s a powerlifter at heart and has done it for over six years. He just competed in his first bodybuilding show in Summer of 2011. For powerlifting, he holds some Georgia records. In his first bodybuilding competition, he placed 2nd in Novice in INBF Southern States. On his spare time he’s a part of the University of Georgia’s cheerleading co-ed squads; his favorite past-time? Throwing girls around and catching them.
