Turkey Bacon Egg Muffins - Beast Sports Nutrition
Need a sure way to Beast down your breakfast? Eat something extremely delicious. Try my Turkey Bacon Egg Muffins, and I dare you to try and eat these slowly. Breakfast is my favorite meal, and I can cook a muffin tin full of these and pop them all day and night. Simply let them cool and place in the fridge, and when you want to enjoy one, just throw it in the microwave for 30-45 seconds and you're ready to eat. So simple you could cook them in your sleep. Turkey Bacon Egg Muffins - What You Will Need:
  • 1 Whole Egg
  • 5 Egg Whites
  • 3 Strips Uncured Turkey Bacon
  • Non-stick cooking spray
  • Muffin Tin
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Spray muffin tin
  3. Place a turkey bacon strip around inside of each cup. I use Applegate uncured turkey bacon
  4. Pour in whisked mixture of 5 egg whites, and 1 whole egg - evenly distributed into the 3 muffin cups
  5. Cook at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes
  6. Let cool for 5 minutes and enjoy

Note: There are three important temperatures to remember when cooking meat or eggs at home: Eggs and all ground meats must be cooked to 160°F; poultry and fowl to 165°F; and fresh meat steaks, chops and roasts to 145°F. These temperatures are only suggestive, so be sure to research and find the exact temperature advisement’s from your local department of health.
