How I’ve Been Stacking My
Beast Products
I’ve been using my particular beast stack for a little over 3 weeks now, and I’ve seen noticeable upper body changes. I’m more vascular than I have ever been and I look bigger than I was without my belly when I was 215 before my first competition.
The intensity of my workouts have also been through the roof and my recovery has been pretty exceptional as well.
This is how I stack my Beast products:
Morning:
1 Scoop 100%
Chocolate BeastWhey,
3 caps
BCAA,
3 caps
Creature Pills
40 minutes Preworkout: 6 Caps of
Beast Predator
30 minutes Preworkout: 1 scoop
Beastmode
20 minutes Preworkout: ½ scoop
Creature Powder, 3 caps BCAAs
Immediately Post Workout: 3 caps BCAAs, ½ scoop Creature Powder
15-30 minutes Post Workout: 2 scoops 100% Chocolate BeastWhey
Bedtime
3 caps BCAA
3 caps Creature Pills
Beastmode itself is a heck of a pre-workout supplement, but using Predator as a “workout primer” gives you that extra umph, that beta-alanine tingle, and that extra push of energy for that pump that’s like no other.
Having BCAAs and the 100% Beastwhey handy, I’ve also noticed recovery has been a lot better.
Of course I’m drinking atleast a gallon and a half of water a day, and eating 4-6 meals a day as well, but man, oh man, I’m loving this stack and sticking to it.
Any questions, concerns, or have your own way of stacking these products? Let me know in the comment section below!
