Katie's Chocolate Protein Milkshake Recipe

There is a way to have your cake and eat it too. I’ve been doing a lot of research online and there are so many recipes that can make your guiltiest pleasures not so guilty. Using your favorite protein, which we all know is Beast Protein, combined with a few other simple ingredients, can leave you with a perfect mixture of deliciousness with great nutritional value. Here’s my chocolate protein milkshake recipe I made up to satisfy my milkshake cravings. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0skBjQGQvoA Mix The Following In Your Blender:
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/3 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup of frozen sliced bananas
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1 scoop chocolate Beast Protein
  • a pinch/dash of cinnamon
The shake equals out to be 23 grams of carbohydrates, 33 grams of protein, 2 grams of fat and 8 grams of sugar (mostly from the bananas). There are a lot of ingredients you can add or substitute to your liking. You can add peanut butter, but the fat will increase a bit. You can also switch out yogurt for almond milk, but add more ice so the consistency isn’t too runny. There’s also the option of coco powder and vanilla protein for a little bit of a different taste. Have fun and experiment! Healthy doesn’t have to taste bad. For more recipes from myself and other Beast Athletes, click here.
