Katie's Chocolate Protein Milkshake Recipe

There is a way to have your cake and eat it too. I’ve been doing a lot of research online and there are so many recipes that can make your guiltiest pleasures not so guilty. Using your favorite protein, which we all know is Beast Protein, combined with a few other simple ingredients, can leave you with a perfect mixture of deliciousness with great nutritional value. Here’s my chocolate protein milkshake recipe I made up to satisfy my milkshake cravings.

Mix The Following In Your Blender:
- 1 cup ice
- 1/3 cup greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup of frozen sliced bananas
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1 scoop chocolate Beast Protein
- a pinch/dash of cinnamon
