Turkey Meatballs in a Spaghetti Squash Boat Recipe

1lb ground turkey
1/4 cup parsley
1 whole egg
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1tsp onion powder
1.Mix all ingredients together well.
2.Roll into tbsp sized balls
3.Place on nonstick pan and cook at 350 for 30 minutes or until done.
Spaghetti squash
1 medium sized spaghetti squash
1.Carefully cut squash in half lengthwise.
2.Scoop out seeds and spray/coat with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
3.Place squash face down in oven safe pan and add 1/2 cup water to the bottom.
4.Cook at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until squash is soft and pulls apart into strands easily with a fork.
Making the spaghetti squash "boat"
Once squash and meatballs are done, scrape out all spaghetti squash strands with a fork. Place in separate bowl. You can either make your own sauce or use a store bought sauce, combine sauce in bowl with squash, mix well.
Place back in squash shell and add 4-5 meatballs, and more sauce if necessary. Add a small amount of Parmesan if wanted and place back in oven at 350 for 20 mins.
