Tabitha's Meatloaf Cups

Meatloaf was a childhood favorite and a dinner I always looked forward to. In this recipe I switched the beef to turkey, the regular breadcrumbs to a gluten-free version, and a loaf for single serving cups. None the less, it is still an enjoyable and healthy comfort dish that is a mainstay in my monthly family meal plan. I can only hope your family enjoys these meatloaf cups as much as mine! Serve it with a healthy carbohydrate and veggies, or take it with you for a quick on-the-go snack. meatloaf_cups2_beast_sportsTabitha's Meatloaf Cups Ingredients:

These temperatures are only suggestive, so be sure to research and find the exact temperature advisement’s from your local department of health.
