one comes Team Beast athlete Erica Altman and it is Protein Pumpkin Oatmeal Cups.
Not only do these look delicious, they taste amazing as well. They are simple to make, they contain a lot of great ingredients and also feature Beast Protein. Erica uses items like an egg, oatmeal, honey, almond milk, cinnamon and even some chocolate chips, topping it off with pumpkin puree and Beast Protein.
But after mixing it all together, simply pour in a muffin pan and enjoy. The Beast Protein ensures you get quality protein in a great-tasting recipe. With the added pumpkin, you get a perfect fall treat.

Pumpkin Oatmeal Cups Recipe
¾ cup pumpkin puree
1 whole egg
1/3 cup honey
2 cups of oatmeal
½ cup chocolate chips
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp nutmeg
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop of Beast Vanilla Protein Powder
Scoop in muffin pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
