Protein Pumpkin Muffins
Posted by Sean Sarantos on
I am a pumpkin fiend, but I can’t be eating pumpkin pie year round. So I came up with a healthy alternative I can have in place of my favorite Thanksgiving staple, Beast Whey Protein Pumpkin Muffins. When I get around to making these I either have them as a post-workout snack or with breakfast. They are low in sugar and provide me with a great protein boost, so they are really great for any time of day.
The added chocolate or vanilla flavor from the Beast Whey goes great with the pumpkin flavor, making them hard to resist. To be totally honest, I have a hard time making them last and usually end up eating all of them the same day I make them. Give it a try and leave some comments here on how yours turned out, and how long they lasted at your house.
