Protein Gingerbread Cookies

For the holidays, you can definitely stay waist friendly with your favorite childhood delights. One of my favorite delights as a child was a gingerbread cookie with a tall glass of milk in a frosted mug! You can bulk up these gingerbread men with a little bit of protein and healthy alternatives, for modern and healthy protein gingerbread cookies.
Yolked Gingerbread Men
Ingredients
- 5 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 cup vanilla Beast Whey protein powder shake mix
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 Tbsp. ground ginger
- 1 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp. ground cloves
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 cup butter substitute, melted and cooled
- 1 cup molasses
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- Almond Milk (unsweetened/original)
