Getting that craving for something sweet or maybe even something crunchy? Thanks to this awesome Pecan Pie Protein Bites recipe, we can help you out on both fronts.
The pecans add some crunch to this great snack and other healthy ingredients help out when the sweet tooth comes calling. Plus, it’s all topped off with a lot of vanilla Beast Protein, which is never a bad thing.
This recipe gets even easier, too. There’s no baking, only a small amount of mixing and the only utensil you’ll need is a knife to cut into squares. All you need to do is store in the fridge and you’ve almost instantly got yourself a sweet, delicious and crunch pecan snack loaded with protein. Enjoy!
1/2 cup Vanilla Beast Protein
2 Tbs. coconut sugar
2 Tbs. coconut flour
1/4 cup chopped pecans
2 tsp. bourbon vanilla extract
2 Tbs. filtered water
Mix together using your hands. Place on a sheet of parchment paper and form into a rectangle. Cut squares and top each with pecan half. Store in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
