No Excuses Workout

I’ve heard all the excuses... “I don’t have time,” “a gym membership is too expensive,” or just the simple excuse “I’m tired.” If you are the too busy, have no gym access, or are the person who is just too tired, now there’s no excuses. Here is a full body workout I designed that doesn’t require you to go anywhere. Just find some open space and a little motivation and you’ll be on your way to a more fit you. This workout routine can be performed in your home, in your yard, at a park, or anywhere else you can find some time and an open space you are comfortable working out in. Full Body Circuit: Perform each exercise for 45 seconds, resting 30 seconds between each exercise. Rest 1 min between each circuit and complete this circuit a total of 3 times. If you feel like you can go longer, by all means do another round!
  • Mountain Climbers
  • Squat with Side Kick
  • Push-up Knee to Elbow
  • Jumping Jacks
  • Up Down Planks
  • Fast Plié Squats
  • Crunches
If you want increase difficulty you can add weight to a few of these movements such as the ‘squat with side kick’, ‘fast plie squats’, or the ‘crunches.’ Remember... you get what you put in. No more excuses. Get up and move!
