Healthy Recipe Substitutions

There are many healthy recipe substitutions when it comes to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. It can be hard to say goodbye to some of your favorite foods because of the ingredients, but here is your chance to save your taste buds from missing the delicacies it once enjoyed!
A list of ingredients you can easily substitute in any traditional recipe! Just because a recipe calls for a specific ingredient doesn't mean you have to use that ingredient. Your favorite recipes can be modified to make them more nutritious or lower in fat or sugar by reducing or substituting ingredients that are more acceptable.
Remember that recipes are only guidelines - not rules - for preparing food, so don't be afraid to experiment!
