Healthy Protein Frappe

Making a healthy protein frappe on National Coffee Day, with Beast Sports WHEY. This simple, quick and delicious recipe will surely become one of your new favorite protein shakes.

Healthy Protein Frappe
In a blender combine:
- 1 scoop Beast WHEY (vanilla)
- 1 tsp instant coffee grounds or espresso grounds OR shots of espresso (how many is up to your discretion)
- 1 tbsp PB2
- ½ cup-1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- Crushed ice
- 1 scoop Beast WHEY (chocolate)
- 2 shots espresso
- Shot of sugar free hazelnut syrup or flavored stevia drops
- ½ cup-1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- Crushed ice
