French Toast Made Healthy

By Sean Sarantos 10435870_784152764950398_3771062760084723036_nOkay, so I just made some amaze balls French toast!  And I'm not lying when I say that this was my VERY FIRST TIME ever making French toast!  So if I can do it, YOU can do it!  Let’s get started. WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
  • 3/4 cups Egg Whites
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 3/4 cup Almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Half dropper full of Stevia Vanilla Sweet drops (or 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract)
  • 2 teaspoons of Trans Fat-Free Margarine
  • 6 slice of Ezekiel Bread
PREPARATION:
  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Warm Skillet on medium heat
  • Mix all ingredients EXCEPT margarine and bread into a bowl and whisk
  • Take 3 pieces of bread and dip each side evenly into the bowl of mixed ingredients
  • Put 1 teaspoon of margarine into skillet and allow to melt and spread
  • Place the bread evenly onto the skillet and heat each side for 3-4minutes or until brown
  • Once they are done place them on cookie sheet into oven to stay warm while you repeat the same steps for the next 3 slices of bread
  • Place on pieces on plate, pour some of that sweet sweet Walden Farms sugar-free syrup on top with some mixed fruit and ENJOY THAT BABY!!!
